Finished drawing my line art for AzureLight12. I’m going to be coloring this fish very soon. i plan on using a lot of the paint brush tool in SAI to give it a less cartoonish feel in terms of color.

This is not a complete picture! i am only posting this as to show my step to step progress.
I sketched this fish using big squiggly lines on a separate layer to get the basic layout and pose of the fish. (Yes, basic sketching, i know, fuck off i’ve never done it for any of my pictures before) If and when i draw pictures in the future, i will be employing the same methods again. it seems to bring out better looking drawings
